Doodle Book: Post 2

First of all, BIG TIME THANK YOU to everyone who left comments on the first Doodlebook Post. I'm glad you like the doodles; I feel like they are a good critical thinking exercise, blah blah blah...but mostly they are just fun to do.

Our family will be out of town on vacation until next week, so I'm putting up the next round of doodles now, instead of waiting will there are a million more to post. We'll be doing family stuff in the Seattle area, but hopefully I'll be able to sneak away during nap time to do a few doodles while we're there!

By the by, a number of people have expressed interest in buying prints of Doodlebook pages. I'm looking in to getting a print shop set up so prints can be purchased easily online, from the comfort of your own home where you browse the internet in your unmentionables. But that will have to wait until I'm back from vacation. Meanwhile, safe pajama-browsing, everyone!

    Dude,

    I've been following your blog for the past one month, and have been thoroughly enjoying all the artwork posted since your first entry.

    Truth be told, I admire (and am a little jealous of) people who earns a living doing what they are passionate about, like drawing.

    I am an accountant by training, but I've always loved drawing and writing, though I never took lessons for either. I can sketch a little, but limited by both technique and budget, draws only by using pencils and computer paper.

    Will you be willing to share any tips on how you color/ink your drawings, and how do you digitalise them, in your future blog entries?

    Yes! I love a contest!

    Are there ways we can get entered multiple times? Like if people send you a drawing inspired off of one of your drawings? Because that would be fun to see what people come up with and I know I'd like my name in the drawing multiple times. This is awesome stuff!
